You agree to this TOS the moment you purchase one of our products.

1) Terminology

• "we", "us" and "our" refer to Refine Development.
• "you" and "your" refer to the customer.
• "the product", "products" or "product" refers to any product by Refine Development.

2) Support

• You are aware that support will only be provided to the customer and the sub customers who own the product.
• You are aware that by purchasing our products you are not purchasing support and that support is not guaranteed but complimentary.
• You are aware that support will only be provided in the Refine Development discord server and on the Refine Development website.
• You are aware that support will not be provided via Direct Messages.
• You are aware that support will only be provided for the latest version of any product.

3) Product

• You are aware that modifying the product's code in any way is prohibited.
• You are aware that claiming the product as your own is prohibited.
• You are aware that the code may be obfuscated, encrypted and/or have features preventing its reading.
• You are aware that decompiling the code is prohibited.
• You are aware that sharing your Product/License/Source is prohibited under any circumstances.
• You are aware that you are responsible for the security of the product and you are liable for any mishaps with your copy of the product.

4) License

• You are aware that all our products require a license to be used.
• You are aware that one license is valid for one Minecraft network.
• You are aware that licenses can and will have restrictions. Such as but not limited to IP Addresses, HWIDs.
• You are aware that licenses are linked to the Refine Development website and any loss of that account also is a loss of said license.
• You are aware that account transfers are accepted as long as the original buyer agrees.
• You are aware you may not modify/remove the license system.
• You are aware that your license may be revoked at any time, for a reasonable cause, without a refund.
• You are aware that sharing your license/account is prohibited.

5) Refunds

• You are aware that refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, any & all refunds are dictated by us and our reasoning.
